How college students survive with little income but large bills. 10 points for best advice. Thank you?

Over the last 5 years to go to university: BA and MPA. My college located in upstate New York and suburban Washington DC. I work from 2 part-time operating approximately 30 hours per week. My salary started from $ 5.15, $ 10.00. I think my parents spend about $ 12,000 per year to support me financially. I am a foreign student. I live alone and have not returned home. Therefore, money is for everything: tuition and fees, living expenses, an apartment, clothes and shoes, cosmetics, personal items, food, insurance disease and entertainment. I get no debts or student loans. Do you think I'm alright? I also want to know how other students survive college years. Thank you.

Use your parents to help your advantage and save as much money as you can! I no help from anyone except me, I had to skip a few semesters just because I did not have my books and a partial payment of tuition. I work full-time now and I have not attended school for a year, but want to go back. I have no loans or debt and I really do not want, even if it might be impossible to avoid. I intend to return to school part time and working full time to pay my rent, phone and electricity of food. I want to go to school full time and if I could but I think I need more time to study, my grades were not good before. It is disheartening to see other people better off than I am with degrees already, but I do my best to continue and try to finish. Hopefully everything works for you much luck.
