Student loans?

I am currently in grade 12, and I'm applying to universities and student loans. About OSAP (Ontario Student Assistance Program) web site, they only have applications for 2006-2007 and 2007-2008. For the purposes 2007-2008, I would like to complete the form indicating that I am in a postsecondary program It begins any time between August 1, 2007, and July 31, 2008. There is no demand on the OSAP website for the 2008-2009 school year, which is when I'm at university. So when do I apply for OSAP? When I am already at university? I thought you ask a student loan of Grade 12, just before starting your studies secondary education.
