MA. Support?

Hello, I am almost finished my third and final year at the University of Brighton and am looking to continue to a Masters next year at the University of London office. However, I am a little confused about the support Financial there? My boyfriend says that I will be able to apply for a student loan for a fourth year, is this correct? Is this to cover my tuition? If not, how can I get financial support to continue my studies. I'm not a rich family, or the means to pay for these expenses, so I do not want my and hopes to apply if there will be no financial support. Any help would be appreciated
