Please give me your opinion, King's College London and Strathclyde?

Have done the IELTS English review before, but I failed. I needed a minimum of 7 in each module, but I had a 6 on the reader module. I waited forever to get a place for testing this month because it is the last test for this summer. Now that I had a place I am reluctant to take the test why? Because the test is not useful if I chose King's College London, who is one of the best universities in the world, the only problem is that it will cost me so much and I have no support so I take a student loan that is a scam because the interest rate. On the other hand, if I did not take it test (which is expensive) I'm going to go to Strathclyde in Glasgow, which is much Less known in the world, but that does not cost that much to me and I'll still get the same degree. Should I take the test or not? King College is worth all this trouble? Also, would it really bad if I was a graduate of Strathclyde? Would I be able to get a job then?

Strathclyde is a university perfectly acceptable. Do not be ashamed to go.
