I am bankrupt, can I apply for a HECS / HELP loan to pay for Kingdom or will I be automatically rejected?

I recently bankrupt and I am now so my future and I think to go to Uni next year to study Bachelor arts / education as a 32yr old mature as a student. Can anyone tell us if it is possible to receive HECS / HELP assistance to Uni if I am bankrupt? There is much work to apply for, I wonder if my bankruptcy affect my HECS / helper application because there is no way I can study without it. Thank you (; (Australian Universities)
