i have over paid student loan. i have written to them to reclaim these overpayments , they say my account is?
closed and will have to open it , this has been going on for 7 months now . i in the mean time have sent them photo copies of receipts proving payments to them. also i had to send them a special delivery letter costing me £4.60 that i want to also claim off them as they were ignoring my previouse letters. What else can i do ? to get my money and can i claim interest on the money they owe me.
