Is there a web site you can go to in order to figure out how much you owe on student loans (In CA)?

I remember seeing a web site like this, but I can’t locate it. During my freshman year, I took out a loan from a company I can’t remember the name of. Since then, I’ve taken them all out from Wells Fargo so that I can easily keep track of them along with my checking account. I want to transfer that other loan to Wells Fargo also, but I need to locate it first! I’m sure I have it in my documents some where, but the web site I’m thinking of would be really helpful.

There is a website that will tell you the total amount of federal debt owed.

I do not know of any website that is designed specifically to tell you all of the amount of money owed on private/commercial loans. However, your credit report will contain information on any loans that you have in your name, that should help to point you in the right direction. You are entitled to a free credit report every 12 months, so it will not even cost you any money to get the information.
